I reserve the right to decline any commission if I choose.

I have the right to reuse any rejected/unused concepts from your commission, or from commissions that were refunded. (ex. custom designs, thumbnails, poses, lighting, etc.)

If our main source of communication is through social media (ie. Twitter, Instagram, etc.) please notify me immediately if you change your handle at any time during our correspondence so I can revise the name for my records and keep in touch with you. If I am unable to reach you, your commission will be delayed.

Commissions work on a first come first served basis based on when you complete your deposit . If you need a commission done in a certain time frame I will do my best to accommodate.

I accept payment in USD. USD will only be requested through an invoice via Paypal.

A 50% deposit for the project must be paid before start of the commission.

Fees for extra props, backgrounds, and complex character designs will occur and will be discussed.

Prices for fully shaded illistrations will vary based on the leval of rendering and whether you want a portrait, halfbody or fullbody.

Prices will be double for extra characters. For a full illustration an extra character price will be discussed.

Commissions will usually take somewhere between Two weeks to a month. If something comes up and I am unable to complete your commission within that time frame, I will let you know ASAP.

For best results please give me a detailed description of what you want as well as any visual references you would like me to use.

I will send a image of my WIP (Work In Progress) at multiple stages of the commission for approval. Any complex changes to an approved WIP past the linework stage will have an extra fee.

I hold ALL rights to the produced drawing.

I can use your commission for self promotion on all of my platforms, both online and offline, display it, post it wherever and whenever I would like. If you are uncomfortable with me using or posting your commission piece, let me know in advance.

The commissioner can use the commission for personal use, print it, or repost (to DeviantArt, Instagram, Toyhouse, etc) as long as proper credit is given.

The commissioner MAY NOT use the artwork for profit, take credit of the piece, remove my signature, or alter the piece without my permission.

Commercial commissions will need to be discussed with me prior to me accepting the commission so I can give you an accurate price estimate.

My commissions are not to be used for anything related to cryptocurrency NFTs or AI. This is a firm rule.

I accept cancellations, but let me know if you need to cancel ASAP.

I offer refunds based on the amount of the commission that i have completed. Sketches = 75% of purchase price | Colors = 50% of purchase price | Finalization/Background = 25% of purchase price. If I have not yet started, you will receive a full refund.

I will only offer a refund on a completed commission if I have made a error concerning the piece. I will not offer a refund because you don't like how it came out. By the time a commission is complete you will have approved multiple WIP's and I would have expected you to ask for any edits or corrections at that time. If you were unclear in regards to what you wanted for your commission, I will NOT issue a refund as there was ample time for clarification prior to the completion of the commission. So please be clear as to exactly what you want when you order a commission!
